I visited AT&T Colonial Promenade Trussville store on December 1st. There were two male employees there but Not a one acknowledged me at all. I looked around while waiting for someone to offer to help. After about 15 minutes, still no acknowledgement, I left the store. I came back about ten minutes later, now only one of the employees was there working with a customer, but still no "I will be with you as soon as I can" or nothing. Another customer came in and she said she can only get help from the female employee that works there. So, I left and went to the AT&T store Gadsden Highway and got helped within minutes. Today, December 7th, my daughter went in Colonial Promenade Trussville again. She said the young man working there was rude to her and also to an older gentleman who came in for help. And, not only that, this employee was vaping and puffing smoke while working with that customer. I was an AT&T employee for over 30 years and I know this is not the standard for their employees. I will be sending a letter to the appropriate manager with additional info. (My rating would be a 0 for no customer service)
