Office Depot in Prattville, AL sucks! Chase sells you things that he knows nothing about! The printer my Mom and I purchased has not worked from day one. Of course, chase knows nothing about it. They expected me to carry it up their with esophagus and chest pain. Contact their corporate headquarters instead!
