  awful , will be taking to small claims court loss prevention came flying out of this store which I have been a khols customer since the Dinosaurs roamed the earth , So much, I realized they were closing and asked how long can they put 2 items I had on hold. The nice Black African American lady helped me and said we can hold for 24 hours. I gave my NAME ( which I am no idiot TRUST ME, I wouldn't have given my name if I thought I had done something wrong or etc) KEEEEEEP IN MIND I own as a founder and Manager of a jewelry and craft shop, I have had my stuff stolen I worked hard on and I do not agree with a theft. That being said as I sat there talking to the nice lady at customer service about the shirt , actually 2 shirts to hold and would pick up following day, I saw it was time to go and as I thanked them and will see them tomorrow to purchase items which I WILL NOT NOW AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPEN TO ME, I walked out the store empty handed . As I proceded to the car, this awful lady who wouldn't state her name but let me know she was lost prevention wanted HER , not KHOLS, her items back as in some shirts ( maybe the ones I had ON HOLD ) and if I remember correctly some jewelry ? LIKE I SAID I MAKE MY OWN JEWELRY , since I own a jewelry shop insisted to give back and come back into khols and do some paper work, After grabbing my arm with full force which I WILL BE SUING now, with my rights I said NO, I did not take anything and not ashame and WILL NOT GO INTO THAT STORE and be accused since she wanted to social profile. SHe said if not , I will call the cops and etc. I replied with , " GET MY TAG NUMBER OR I CAN EVEN RIGHT IT DOWN, call the cops cause first and foremost you are NOT ALLOWED to follow a person outside of company doors unless security or police. I know my rights like the back of my hand because I WORKED 5 years for loss prevention . SO at this moment, with her assaulting me by grabbing my arm full forced and I even offered to show her my purse and let it be seen NOT HERS BUT KHOLS ITEMS were not taken. KEEEEEPPPPPP in mind 2 or 3 days prior I gave this store over 500 and maxed out car within a month of 2,000. my hard earn money I make now will be going to a store that tried to humiliate me and social profile me and not only that in front of my two daughters school teachers. PUT YOURSELF in my shoes. I am mad , I am innocent I will take this to small claims court. I wanna see the video footage of me "stealing" I wanna know where in the policy it is okay to follow someone outside the store and grab their arm with fullllllll force as well as I felt in danger when she reached her hand in her pocket . I DIDNT KNOW what she was trying to grab, could have been a gun. I just know I felt in dangered . I will make sure this goes down till this situation is brought upon KHOLS. There are so many people out there wanting jobs and trust me could easily do her job better and more professional and can take her job just like that. I want her gone , I'm sure Khols wont be happy when they find out what kind of employees they have. I am a very nice human being, I donate my time to help out with the community, I do all I now work in healthcare and heart of Gold so for me to write a nasty letter like this, THIS IS BIG. I have a lawyer , expensive one but good one. I have contacted him and I will take this to court or small claims court. I will present my statement just as she can hers. BUT I WILL GO DOWN WITH A FIGHT and never shop at this pathetic store again and everyone who knows me and IM WELL KNOWN , will let them know what happened and might not mean much to loose a couple customers but I have had this happen before a long time ago and lets say I made it where it went to the local news.
