I 100% agree with Nancy C Please please for God’s SAKE do not use this store to mail ANYTHING! Your 5 year old can do a better packing than these folks! The Owner is absolutely incompetent and needs to look in to the dictionary for the meaning of “customer service. I pray the corporate office will one day notice and shut down this store . Go to post office or anywhere PLEASE DoNot go to this store

This location and owner suck! They overcharge and do not honor verifiable claims. Pretty bad service when I tell you that you have better service with USPS!! Go to Pak Mail across the street from this UPS location instead. At least the owners are friendly and competent there!
