Rating: 1I am a loyal Frys customer, have been shopping this store for over 11 years, I visit 320-325 days a year , as our professions do not provide the 2 of us the opportunity to shop in bulk, Between Gas, Food, Gift Cards I spend on average 40K a year. Normally, I have good experiences , but today when I visited the deli which happens about every 2 visits in the store for items the deli manager waited on me, I asked for wings, then I was given a look that would kill. If you do not want to sell the regular wings separately then let the customer know. Secondly, I have never paid for food at the deli and had to pay today before I could continue my shopping? If there is a shrink concern I am sure there are plenty of alternatives to solve the problem than inconvenience the customer. I realize shrink is a challenge especially In the demographic. However to inconvenience many for a few does not make sense. I can after today, my visits to your deli department will cease, as well because of this and our meal needs I may look for a alternative shopping source. I know most of the staff, most are very kind , consumer friendly.
