Rating: 3dmday533@comcast.net I had a good shopping experience at the New Smart & Final store in Petaluma's Deer Creek Village. However, as a customer who needs to use HANDICAPPED PARKING I wish to make a complaint on the location of the handicapped parking spaces so far away from the front doors of the store. This winter in the rainy weather it will be even more difficult for handicapped shoppers to enter the store. I don't understand why the spaces aren't directly in front of the store entrance like they are at other places of business. Putting them between the grocery store and gym doesn't make sense. Handicapped people aren't going over to the gym. I don't know if you are aware of the large number of senior citizens residing close to the grocery store in senior housing and several mobile home parks.
