Rating: 1Terrible experience. Needed help with my bluetooth and couldn't get into the store because of the I-phone launch. If you're not buying an I phone - they don't care about you. Left standing in the cold---literally---outside. Not allowed into the store! They sure were welcoming when I spend $1700 on new phones last month and now I can't even get in the store! Terrible, terrible service.
