I came into the store found a D&B purse I wanted to purchase. The sales lady did it'd be up front. 10 minutes later I went to check out and the purse had been sold to someone else. Not a happy shopper!!!

As many of the Ross store they never have enough cashiers. Today there was more than 25 people waiting in line and only 3 cashiers in the middle Of a Saturday.
