Rating: 1I bought 2 pairs of water resistant walking/running shoes last November as I like to play early morning golf. First pair started leaking and falling apart after 50 rounds and the second pair after 35 rounds. Contacted store and head office and neither would do anything about it as I couldn’t provide store receipt. I do have credit card proof of receipt. Terrible product and terrible customer service!

Rating: 1Unsatisfactory product and unacceptable service! Bought 2 pairs of water resistant walking/running shoes as I like to play early morning golf. One pair started to crack and fall apart after 35 rounds, the other after 50! I can produce charge card receipt but not store receipt. The store and company will not due anything to rectify these inferior products!

Rating: 4I bought 2 pairs of the water resistant walking shoes as I like to play early morning golf and both pairs of shoes weren’t very good quality! One pair started to fall apart and crack after 35 rounds of golf and the other pair lasted 60 rounds of golf. We contacted this store as this is were I bought them. I was directed to head office and because I wasn’t able to produce the store receipt I was told there wasnt anything they could do for me. I did have the credit card receipt and could tell them when we bought them, but this wasn’t good enough. I will never shop at this store again, nor will I ever buy this brand again!
