Rating: 1Terrible. No sales clerks. Only Two pay places in men’s homegoods, children. Lines out the door. This is not the fault of your employees. It is an upper manager problem

Rating: 5Tammy that’s because they are left from a prior company. The owner refused to update the phone system. The current system went bankrupt in 2009. When you have a cheap owner that’s what happens. The Dawsonville outlet mall is thriving. Go give them a visit.

Rating: 1Lakeshore used to be a small mall with great shopping! It needs someone who can answer the phone and give information if people call! They just have a recording and all the mailboxes are full so you’re just out of luck if you need anything. That’s really bad customer service!!!
