Rating: 1On Saturday 5-21-22 your “store manager” Hispanic looking lady with glasses forced me to purchase 2 ice creams because one of the employees made 2 and not one. When I told her I didn’t order 2 and that I had only ordered one she slammed it on the counter in front of me and said now you did. I walked 30 minutes to this shop to have ice cream which I’ve been coming to probably longer than she’s been here. Although it’s been a while since I’d eaten here because I am huge on fitness now, your store manager ruined my cheat day embarrassed me and blatantly called me a liar. This is not how Cold Stone should treat its customers very disappointed. When I called the Duluth location the girl that answered the phone let me know that she’s never heard of a “no waste” policy which is what the mean and unpleasant woman told me.
