Rating: 3This would be a wonderful shopping center, if it were not for the young men begging, claiming to be homeless. They appear at each entrance and exit. Some are a little aggressive. I have seen several checked upon by a man in his early 30s, and also observed the young men switching entrances at regular intervals. I think the entire mall would do better if the Village of Gurnee stopped the begging there.
