Rating: 4On today, 2/12/19 I was having a very enlightening conversation standing outside of the store with one of the Living Civil Rights Legend, Jerome Smith, one of the Freedom Riders and many other nationally noted accomplishments during and beyond the Civil Rights Movement. I and another colleague were standing OUTSIDE of the Store when the salesperson from L'Occitane VERY RUDELY and Disrespectfully approached us and asked to move from in front of the store and very rudely pointed to Starbucks and suggested that we go there and have our conversation. She once again stated that we needed to move because she could hear everything we were saying (all members of our party are soft-spoken by nature. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I was actually considering purchasing from the store, but not now this experience has left a very foul taste in my mouth. To be so disrespectful to an elder is despicable. I work in the adjoining building and I will certainly share my experience with my colleagues.
