Rating: 4Horrible experience with this store. Showed what I wanted to sell, bought what I was selling. I then received a message later asking if they could get their money back. Didn't realize what they were buying from me. I kindly said no and was negatively impacted by this on a website we met on. Never trust this business. They renege on deals.

Rating: 4GameZone will sell you defective and broken items then act like you’re the problem when you come in to return it. The owner and employees have made it blatantly obvious to me they gossip and talk about the customers behind their backs. The heavyset early 20’s guy with glasses and dark hair is a liar who will profile customers immediately assuming you’re trying to shoplift without merit. I’ve heard him whisper to other employees when I was the only one in the store to watch me I’ve got 2 things in my hand when I able to hear him. I made the mistake of overlooking and downplaying the other bad reviews about this place even becoming a regular over the past year till my most recent and final trip in to return a busted system that was chewing up discs. The owner was an absolute d bag he told me I don’t have to shop here accused me of being a problem customer got tired of that and begun trying to accuse me of pulling a scam. Mind you this incident is happening when GameZone sold me a defective system that damaged my games and I’m standing there receipt in hand.I have literally dumped half a grand here over the last 60 days to walk in with a legitimate problem receipt in hand finding myself dealing with a condescending owner who wasted my time for over an hour while he brought up irrelevant issues and crazy baseless accusations impeding my exchange. I didn't think the store owner was the owner initially because he looked like a kid till he proclaimed he was the owner when asked for the owners phone number so I could complain about his behavior. It's completely unacceptable unethical and immoral for someone running a business to treat customers like dirt the way the owner of GameZone did during a legitimate customer service issue. Respectable customer service isn't demonstrating an adversarial demeaning demoralizing attitude towards the customer for over a solid hour. I have had to return the replacement system from the prior incident to GameZone because it stopped reading discs and would bug out after 15 min of use to find I am banned from the store. Part of the reason me being banned according to the heavyset guy was for me posting this review on Google. Obviously they felt the need to stoop so low as to a pathetic meaningless joke of a retaliation attempt against me for speaking out on a public domain in a negative manor against this clown act of a business. The guy clearly didn't care at all that I was in there with a 2nd busted Dreamcast the entire time.
