  Buyers Beware, spent over $4000 on a king size Purple 4 mattress only to experience the worst back and neck pain I’ve ever had while sleeping. This mattress was sold to me by the staff knowing both me and my spouse are side sleepers, after calling Purple Customer service I was informed that the 4 mattress is not recommended for side sleepers and is the reason for the back and neck pain. Mattress Firms customer service is absolutely terrible. The are refusing to exchange the mattress or do anything to help our situation, we’ve had the mattress for 8 months and our problems have become worse with time so now we are stuck with making payments on a $4,000 mattress only to wake up every morning in pain and dread sleeping on the mattress. Both me and my spouse have been to multiple chiropractor and massage appointments because of this mattress. The Sale’s Persons Job at Mattress Firm is to sell a mattress that is right for the individual customer, instead of selling us a mattress that is great for side sleepers she decided to up sell us on the most expensive Purple Mattress. Mattress Firms Slogan is “Better Sleep, Big Savings” my experience has been “Worse Sleep, More Money” If you’re thinking of buying an expensive new mattress from Mattress Firm thinking it’s going to be the best sleep you’ve ever got, DONT. I slept much better on the $250 bed in a box mattress I ordered on Amazon.
