Rating: 2Initially I thought your team here in NJ lacked basic customer service skills. I was under this impression because as I entered the store and stood at the "Welcome. Please wait here for assistance" no one acknowledged or greeted me. Every sales associate looked up and then went back to assisting their customer. Shortly after my arrival, an older white man walked in and was greeted and asked if he needed a seat. Then a middle-aged white woman walked in and she was greeted. As an African American woman, I can only conclude that my business is not considered as valuable as the white customers.
