Rating: 5Well, this review is a little different than others in that I failed to get the name of the individual who is at the heart of the review (my bad). I have a TaylorMade Driver that gives you the ability to adjust the loft as well as the draw/fade. This is a handy little feature feature as long as you don't loose the tool. Keeping it in my golf bag is the smart thing to do, so naturally I kept it somewhere else. I have been to the Houston Superstore (on Westheimer) before to have my clubs regripped, so I knew they must have the tool. The second I walked through the door the clubmaker called me over and asked what I needed. I told him and he immediately went to a drawer with about 50 of the tools, picked one, and began adjusting the club to my desires. When he was finished, he not only offered me one one the practice bays to try out the changes he had made, but when I asked him how much I owed him for the adjustment, he said "No Charge" and gave me the tool he was using. This is the way to run a business! They will get all of my future business regardless of if I can get it on Amazon cheaper. And more importantly, I will be relating this story to all of my golf buddies. I am about due for a new set of irons, and they have all the brands and I am confident in their fitting capabilities. This gift will come back to them many times over.
