Rating: 1I visited this establishment once before and the service was great, I received a mani and pedi. But, on my last visit while I was receiving my pedi, the pedicurist cut my foot. Now, normally I wouldn't complain but seeing as how I am a diabetic it naturally raised a red flag. Of course he apologized but that wasn't the point. I was receiving service because I was leaving the next morning going out of town. Well, since then an infection has taken place in my foot. Well, I called and tried to speaking with someone, he didn't give me his name and told me that it wasn't their responsibility because time have passed. I think this is unprofessional seeing I have the date and time of which the incident happened. I will NEVER visit this establishment again. You want customers to frequent your establishment but you won't take responsibility when an incident happens. I have been receiving mani and pedi's since I was a young adult, and never have I ever been cut before, and for management to act the way they have let a very poor and bad experience for me.
