  Absolutely needs a gym. LA Fitness or a 24 Hour Fitness Sport. This center will be a waste of space if they do not secure a large gym (except for the HEB - which is overpriced...but, grateful to have along with the HEB gas and car wash options). Also, an EV charging station somewhere in this center, as well as a Beck's Prime (like the one on Kirby Drive in Houston), a Day Spa and a Garden Center (in this area, closer than driving down 288 or to Houston). Long list, but having a Bank and perhaps a Trader Joe's or Sprouts as well. The gym is the most important ask and I hope they add more trees and landscaping to beautify this center!

  I know it will not be a part of Manvel Town Square but maybe adjacent to, Manvel needs and would keep busy is a Buc-ee's.

  There is a hamburger place called in and out hamburger Pearland does not have one bazoia county does not have 1 please put in in and out hamburger in Manville thank you

  Not sure why we reviewing before it’s built but I definitely would appreciate a Whole Food, Sprouts, and Trader’s Joe close by. Tired of driving so far to get heirloom chicken and 100% grass fed beef! Love they have HEB because Pearland Business Center location always super packed. Agree with the Grand Lux they have the best cookies and salmon 3 ways yummy : )

  I would like to see the following. Restaurants Pappadueax | Pappasitos Cheddars Grand Lux Graces Benihana A Brunch Spot Charley’s Sandwiches Family Entertainment Bowling Dave & Busters Main Event Shopping Stores Tj Maxx Premium Goods But we definitely don’t need duplicate stores that’s 5 mins up the road.
