Visited for lunch on Dec 26 at 11:30. Many empty booths/tables but waited ten minutes to be seated. No menus/water provided no coffee cups/spoons. Waitress came to take order without menus, more waiting. Ordered 2+2+2 breakfast with pancake on side plate, wife ordered tilapia with corn and broccoli. Fifteen more minutes breakfast order delivered without utensils and no side plate. Finally got utensils still no side plate and no tilapia. When I was finished the Tilapia arrived. Corn was old looking and broccoli was also old. No tartar sauce with fish. Asked for bill while wife eating. Ten more minutes and request of two other staff finally resulted in bill being delivered. Spent more than one hour for just lunch, not acceptable
