Rating: 1Looks like the current owners are just letting this place go to hell. It was a really nice shopping center back in the day with an Albertsons, Ernst Lumber & Hardware, Labelle's, Shari's, Upper Crust Pizza and lots of good local mom and pop stores. Looks like all of those retailers are gone now and its pretty much bottom of the barrel stores, but the whole area its in has gone down hill bad, crime, bad school district, unkept homes, not a good part of town.

Rating: 1This plaza is terrible. It looks old and worn down. The parking lot is full of pot holes and dirty. It has some good stores but not worth going to often due to the up keep of them. maybe the owner of the plaza should spend some money and fixing it up and have the stores clean their areas and maybe put some potted plants and trees to make it more appealing to shop at... just saying
