Micheal the manager is horrible. He has no business working with any customer, in my opinion. Who has a. Who tries to do a child's eye glass fitting while the child is standing and you didnt alert the parents to what you wanted to do. You just go towards their child and say turn around and start to put a device towards his face. No you call attention to the parents then you explain to the child what ur going to do. Then because I was over his attitude he delayed us intentionally when leaving. Poor customer service from him from the time we opened the door. Now the lady in the back who assisted my child. But the so called manage bad taste from the beginning and then to have to deal with his bad attitude before you leave is not good. I'd never refer anyone to the location EVER!!!!
