Very rude and unprofessional. Apparently showing up a couple minutes early is a crime, not to mention waiting inside while it's raining. How dare I? The cashier let me know I was there at 10:28 and they didn't open until 10:30. Then when I walked up she removed herself from servicing me. Wow. We all have our bad days but we should never let it affect how we serve customers. Bad customer service & lack of professionalism.
