The Desert Palms Power center at 3721 E Thomas RD in Phoenix is constantly used by transient travelers (homeless living in their vehicles) as an RV park, as well as homeless setting up camps in the parking lot in all areas of this center. The tenants of this center have to put up with this and have made no attempt to call law enforcement. This center is an eyesore to the surrounding communities. From the west end of this center to the far east end you have illegal immigrants soliciting work in the barrier wall in front of Home Depot , leaving their trash strewn along the main road.
