young women who answered the phone was rude, unhelpful, was mean to an elderly person, and we decided to go to walmart to fill our glasses RX for our granddaughter.

I visited America's Best in Tucson, El Con, four the 2nd time in 3 years. I was SHOCKED to be completely and utterly blown off by an associate if Americas' Best. She contributed to an air of "you are dismissed'. Instead of being a professional and offering me an appointment in July, she basically escorted me out the door. Though a prior customer of America's Best, I refused to be treated in such a poor manner.
