Ray's Pizza Scottsdale's quality has gone extremely downhill. I have been a returning Ray's Scottsdale customer for 18 years, which is why I'm so disappointed about how bad their food and service has become. Ray's prices have gone up while their food quality and service has gone down. It's OK to raise your prices to keep up with inflation and market conditions, but it's not OK to raise your prices and lower your quality and expect customer not to complain. My most recent experience was so bad I felt compelled to write this review. They got my order wrong and the owner/manager was so rude and combative, he would not listen to my complaint and just talked over me. He refused to make my order right and the food quality was just terrible. The pizza was not good with hard, tough crust and their wings tasted like they were fried in old, unchanged oil. Really disgusting. Do not waste your time or money on this location. This is not authentic New York style pizza and the owner is rude and does not deserve your business. Trust the other bad reviews. This is not the Ray's Pizza you remember.
