This is absolutely the worst urgent care I have ever been too. I took my daughter 8 days ago to the buckeye location and she was very sick with mostly Covid symptoms. The doctor came in with an attitude and being very rude, even towards my ten year old that wasn't feeling good. Not to mention we waited 2 1/2 hours in room to be seen. They covid tested her and i was told 2-3 days for results. I called multiple times concerned as i still do not have results and its been 9 days now. I have spoke with multiple people and all but one guy are rude and hateful and not at all concerned about the results taking this long, and upset with me for calling, as i am bugging them. Today i finally decided to call sonora quest myself to see whats going on and they said they sent results to Alliance in buckeye on the 13th, two days after she was tested... but Alliance says its pending and no results each time i call. I called back to ask them for results as sonora quest couldnt tell me over the phone because shes a minor and they said we dont have time to deal with this right now, we are busy and hung up on me. I do not recommend anyone to go to this urgent care! I have never been treated like this is a healthcare facility. I will be going to the location after work today if i do not hear back before then.
