Outright lie to your face. Was told it would be 20 dollars to add a line to my plan. Actually it’s 30. Now committed for at least 24 months because of getting a new phone. So many issues with this unethical group of sales people. If you’re old stay away because they will screw you no matter how much due diligence you try to do.
