I moved to AZ from another state and have used this Best Buy to set up my electronics (bought a 55" TV, a Blu Ray player, sound bar, then recently a new desktop computer, monitor & printer). Some of the sales staff are newer, less experienced and didn't know answers to my questions but they ALWAYS ask a manager ... and the managers were able to help. I find this attitude refreshing as many young people refuse to admit when they don't know something and try to bluff their way through... not Best Buy! If they don't know something, they politely go and find someone who does know. Excellent staff training and I would certainly go to them again and recommend to others. I got the Greek Squad option and as I am older and live in Green Valley I had them deliver and set up every thing. They were on time, very helpful and polite, and did an excellent job. Every one from that group was very thorough and I was really impressed. I would recommend signing up with the Geek Squad without reservation.
