Going down hill

Always liked this Carl’s but lately I feel it’s gone down hill. I guess now we are on a timer to get customers thru the drive thru. Push push push plus the orders are really right. What’s up about that? Only car in the drive thru and the waving me to hurry up. I was nearly getting the right money for my order. Told me I was holding up the line ( I was the only one there) then they told me I was on a timer??plus the order wasn’t right.( this isn’t the first time) what gives
