I was feeling very overwhelmed when trying to talk to a real person, I spent 2 hours on the phone waiting, finally hung up the first time the second time the agent was no help, I went online, no help, through the chat site, no help, the phone app is a joke so many selections which never worked, I just wanted to talk to someone. I went to the Verizon Delta Shore store, I was so happy after talking with Reese, she was awesome, so helpful, renewed my faith in Verizon. I've been with Verizon for a lifetime, the customer service which is offered is not user friendly, but extremely frustrating. Reese was awesome, wish you had more people like her working for your company, she should be recognized for her professional service. Patricia
