This is a great place for knock-off makeup, which seems to be the rage right now. The first time I went I would have given them 4 1/2 stars due to customer service and great prices. This post is for my last visit. For some reason the staff was unhelpful and what felt like, arrogance. I am a middle aged African American woman, which should not matter as I love makeup as much as the next person. Don't understand the icy atmosphere, as this is KNOCKOFF makeup, not high end like Chanel or Givenchy. Girls, come on, help people. It's your job and It reflects on your BeautyFix when you don't.

Store policy is complete crap. I understand that you want to make maximum profit but not allowing your customers to exchange/return without a receipt (that your employee didn't send to the proper email -.-) results in you losing a customer.
