I was her shopping on the weekend coming from out of town. I found a shirt that I wanted to try but unfortunately all were sold out except for the one on the mannequin. I kindly ask the staff if she can take the shirt of the mannequin for me to try. She responded rudely with a NO. I ask to speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager. I ask her why cant I try on the shirt, what if I like it and I want to buy it?. Her response was that they are busy and if they take off the shirt off the mannequin then they would have to put on a new shirt for her. And I responded well why not?. Her response was no I'm busy. Her unprofessional behavior got my adrenalin going, It made me so angry especially hearing this from a manager that is incompetant about " Customer Service" customers are #1 priority. Honestly she was NOT busy! And there was 4 staff just standing around. I could've definately brought this up to store owner.
