Unfair and unethical business practices. Inadequate customer service skill in regards to customer sasifaction. Terms of purchase agremmnts are not transparent and we feel that we were taken advantage of. Company policy not aimed to include resolving customer complaints in a just manner. Ndid not receive possesion of the merchandize that was purchased nor wwould the company refund our money. No compresentation was given for our huge financial loss and no other means of resolving the problem was given to us.
