Total dump. Trashy "service". Never come to ANY of their stores. You'll be treated like *hit all the way. Loyal customer or not. Including, they don't clean your clothing right. All these employees have a 0 IQ level. What you expect, from foreigners dummer than rocks, just after American money, to send back to their *hit hole country. Go elsewhere. Trust me. I'll GLADLY take money to their competitors:)

no stars. this place made my cashmere coat disappear. took it in for alterations and they lost it. not only that, but they wanted the ticket and for two years i came in without a ticket and just gave them my phone number. crooked crooked crooked. do not go here
