husband asked fora bag of espresso roast ground for a paper cone ,was told to move to end of counter, was then given his bad of coffee , got home to see it was wrong bag of coffee went back to ask for an exchange and was refused . told he could keep the coffee and have the right one for 1/2 off but was then charged full price! rude and uncompromising customer service
