Horrible!!! They had a sign on door saying they’d be back at 1:00 pm … I waited from 12:30 to 1:15… their store ours were 11-5… me amd a couple of other people were waiting…. They weren’t open the whole day. I went back the next day amd they said they would only give me $100.00 trade in for my phone while I called Verizon amd they said they would give me $500.00 towards a new phone. This store is a rip off!!! Save yourself some money and time amd buy your next phone by calling Verizon direct.
