Very frustrating finding a women's fitting room after shopping in the lingerie department at Southlands today. Could be because there wasn't one near the lingerie department. The only open fitting room was in the front of the store. The most frustrating aspect was there was no personnel to advise me to the location of the one and only open women's fitting room in the store. The personal were also located at the front of the store. The woman I complained to was very nice and offered help but she was also at the front of the store. Unfortunately I had already left the merchandise I was interested in buying at the back of the store and had already decided to leave.

This Penney's is always clean and clothes are put away as much as any other store. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are always kept clean. I am a returning shopper who has shopped here since they opened. I recommend this store.
