I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Automotive employees Kris and Patrick. My older model pickup truck stopped in the Sam's parking lot. These employees didn't leave me stranded even though the shop was closing. They were gracious enough to sell me a battery and install it on they own time after they had both clocked out. You simply do not find many men who are of the caliber as these two. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me.

I have always enjoyed Sam's Club. The people have always been very helpful and it was a pleasure to say hello to them each time I shopped at Sam's. Lately, there have been so many changes that I do not know if I feel the same way. They have changed the layout of the store for the good and some for the opposite. Many items are no longer available and we have lost many of the persons I use to know. I know we are in tough times, but??? My biggest loss was their photo department. I know times change, but does it have to change so radically.
