Laura DePalma - Dec 01, 2022
Brought granddaughter to visit Santa 11/30/22. Was told by staff member that unless I was getting a photo, she could not see him. Then she said, "since there's no one here, I'll let you bring her to Santa but you are not allowed to use your phone." Cheapest photo package is over $30. Called mall, spoke to Sgt. Cammuso who laughed at me while I discussed issue with Sheryl Adams. She said the information I received was incorrect, that anyone could see Santa but no photo could be taken. I said that this policy is ridiculous. Not allowing a family to take a photo without spending that much money was ridiculous. Ms. Adams then informed me in a sarcastic tone that there were other places I could bring her like Cabelas. I responded sarcastically and said thank you for that information. How demeaning to tell me that. I then shared that people on a fixed income can't afford those prices and how unprofessional it was to laugh at me (as Sgt. Cammuso was laughing in the background) unless of course there was another unprofessional and rude person laughing. The lack of professionalism is astounding.
