This is probably one of the most beautiful and amazing stores I have ever been to . They have items from all over the world and everything is made of such high quality. The staff was so kind and helpful and helped me pick out some items for gifts and some wonderful beautiful items for my home. I am very thankful for the service I received at Made By Hand store in Trumbull. You guys are awesome. I would definitely recommend this store to people who are looking for unique items and genuine art. They have some wonderful Crystals for different energies like healing and good vibes. This is definitely my new favorite store. I normally don’t come to the mall too often because I don’t like big crowds but this store is definitely worth the visit. 10/10

They have a rule that you have to wait outside the store (even though nobody was shopping there) and be invited in. The sales girl explained the rules about no touching anything, and that you have to call for help. I encountered the male (who I think is a manager) and he is very rude. I was wearing a mask, (even though they are no longer necessary in public places) and when I received a cell phone call, I removed it to talk. He comes up to me and says "You should put on your mask or you'll get in trouble". In another encounter the week before, the door was open and I went in. The same manager said that they won't open until 1 pm. Without any explanation, he said to come back later. Never encountered a manager who is so arrogant. And won't go to the store again.

Excellent quality crystals and wonderful customer service, one of the best stores to shop in. Great vibe.
