Terrible customer service. They hang up on you. They dont call back. Keep screen shots of any and all purchases. Dont group a payment with a new service togetjer in the same transaction. I paid fir my daughters BYOP number for service and sim seperate. This has been a life saver. But they wodnot activate her phone saying I didnt pay for the service. I have thescreenshot Transaction number and email but it held her activation at bay right until the end and now they are trying to charge again as amount due, well they did charge and disconnected us unless we paid again. No one is reasonsble plus now franchises which are most stores can do not much.
