PLEASE!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! LISTEN TO THE OTHER TERRIBLE REVIEWS. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! I came here to get my faja altered, since I am already on the third row. I was greeted by Jacqueline and she called over Mercy, the alteration lady. I went into the fitting room and put my faja on and then Mercy came in and marked the faja up where she was going to alter it. 20 mins later, Mercy came out with my faja. Jacqueline gave me the option of trying it on now or said that I can come back in 7 days with the pink receipt with any issues if I didn’t have time to try it on right away. I decided to try it on. Mercy and I went into the fitting and the faja was so tight that she had to help me and even got on her knees to help put it on. I took the faja off at night to shower and noticed really deep indentations in my waist/stomach area. A faja will leave marks on you, but a faja is too tight on you if it leaves indentations. See pictures below. So the next day I call and advise them of my issue. The lady that I spoke to was extremely rude and she said that the machine that they use cuts and sews, so there’s nothing that can be done and it’s irreversible. Really??? I spent $130 on this and paid $30 for the alteration. I decided to show up in person to the store to show them that they actually did NOT cut the faja and just folded the faja at the seams and then sewed it. She lied to me and told me that it was cut. So the alteration that she did is reversible. I then showed her where the seams were folded and not cut. She then began to tell me that if I had an issue I should’ve told her the day of. I would’ve told her had I know that a few hours of wearing the faja would give me these terrible indentations. I advised her that Jacqueline told me that with the pink receipt I can come back with any problems and the lady behind the counter told me that’s a lie. Both the lady at the front desk and Mercy got unprofessionally loud with me. If you want a job well done and not be offended and name called, find a reputable faja store.
