Negative shopping experience at American Threads in Disney springs. First, the salesperson said the tag was inaccurate and pants were $10 more than indicated. Manager agreed with me. After bringing the pants home (hours away) the zipper was not working. The same pants fit loosely in store. Hate to be cynical but maybe the salesperson was annoyed I was challenging her in regard to price on tag should be price I pay? So now I have to go to a tailor to fix. Customer service does not respond to emails and there is no corporate number to call. Will not shop there again
