Staff was paranoid or vigilant towards customers - very rude to my husband and 13yr old daughter who went in to pick up our online takeout order; a male employee who followed and was acting suspicious towards my husband abruptly demanded the first name of the bags my husband was picking up, then demanded his last name even though he was already holding the bag. And they forgot to include our 3 large soda cups so my 13yr old asked a rude female attendant for them and she refused to hand them to her stating she has to first pay. My husband corrected the woman by showing her the paid receipt and she finally handed them over. There were no other customers in the store and that kind of treatment was unwarranted. Although, it is closest to my home, I refuse to use this location again. Instead, I'll continue to visit the Panera by The Falls. By the way, I gave it 2 stars because the food tasted fresh despite the terrible customer service.
