The service on 3/30/23 was terrible. There were several female employees in a room off to the right of the lobby. One was on the phone, don’t know what the others were doing. It took 12 minutes before one of them reluctantly finally came out to take orders. Then returned to the ROOM. The food was ready, no one available to bag it!!! A young man came out of the room, I said how about our food? He went over and bagged it. Awful experience. Would give this place ZERO star rating.

Picked up two Whoppers Sunday evening the 9th of June at the drive in window, round about 7:15. They were way over done. Not good. Not the first time either. Burger King Store Freedom Square Naples, FL off of route 41 Tamiami Trail.
