This phone number is ridiculous. No one ever answers. The message says mailbox not hooked up yet. Typical for this company. The facility has been there for at least five years. Notice the rating is 5 stars...it is fixed at 5 stars. Iwould not give them 1 star.

The service provided by this store is totally unsatisfactory. You are greeted by a kiosk which many people have challenges with. The rep we spoke to the first time was totally un-customer friendly and seemed resentful being at work. We needed a new cable box; she didn't ask any questions to determine which type of box we needed for our TV. As a result, we ended up with the wrong cable for our TV, a box with no remote and several frustrating hours going back to the store for a remote, phoning the main Xfinity number to determine what type of cable we needed and now having to find out if the store provides that cable...even though we can't phone the store to ask since it does not provide a direct phone number. This will mean a THIRD drive to a not close by store to ask about a HDMI cable.
