We have been with this bank for 5 years and as if attitudes from managers and certain employees isn't enough to make you want to leave, we always have a problem: Account type Who is on account Who can do what with the account Account restrictions Address updates The list goes on...... Just when we think everything is fine something else happens to show us, they are still incompetent and, yet, we get an attitude over their incompetence. Find a different bank, WE ARE!
