I initially went to Mattress Firm and was assisted by Indra Quintana. I ultimately went online to order due to delivery delays. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare for a whole month trying to get the correct mattress delivered. Indrid, I want to express my gratitude on assisting me on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.
