The WORST customer service. I tried to fix a problem in my phone, just bought as new two weeks ago. The owner , a Palestinian guy, tried me bad, he did not provide a solution. After several phones bought in that location, that was my last time at this METRO . My advise: If you want to buy a METRO, go to the corporate linked with METRO at Doral, Fl.
